What We Consider

Property Value: We look at your property location as well as rent and sales comparables in the area to quickly make a decision.

Existing Debt: If you own your property free and clear we can move quickly to put together an offer. Even if there is some debt we still may be able to assist.


Property Condition: The condition of the property matters. A leased, income-producing property is easier to lend on than a vacant building. We are open to considering loans where there is a value add aspect — as long as the equity is there.

Income from the Property: Whether it is occupied by the owners business or leased to a tenant, if there is income at the property it helps us approve your loan.
