Leverage up to 80%
Rates start at 6.75%
Origination Fee 1-3%
Credit Score – 620 minimum
Asset Types – Multi-family, Mixed Use, Mobile Home Parks, Self-Storage, Office, Industrial, Retail, Automotive, no Gas Stations or Hotels
Bk and FC on Foreign Investors or Nationwide – 25,000 Population or greater
No Tax Returns Required
